Fair Education has commenced legal proceedings against the Santa Barbara Unified School District and one of its longtime contractors, Just Communities Central Coast, to prevent the continued use of public money to fund alleged implicit bias training which impermissibly discriminates against persons on the bias of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion and other factors in violation of the United States and California Constitutions and various Federal and State Statutes, and to prevent the awarding of contracts without the use of competitive bidding. As more facts are uncovered, additional claims may be made against the School District and others.
